My work is not separate from who I am, it is one of the ways I express purpose, meaning and service.

Barbara Falorni
I am a bodyworker, and trainer. I facilitate people in exploring how to care for their body, trust their experience and intuition, nurture meaningful relationships and a clearer sense of purpose and belonging.
Over the years, I have explored many different fields of knowledge and practice. I weave together fascia anatomy, polyvagal nervous system theory, psychology, yoga, dance, philosophy, storytelling, and Eastern and Western healing traditions into an intuitive, grounded, creative and attuned way of working.
The heart and soul of my work is my embodied presence, dedicated attention and a profound care and curiosity for the human condition.
I love to meet people with honesty, compassion, depth and an healthy dose of humor.
My mission ? To be a positive agents of change
Gratitude
If I am where I am today, it is because I have been deeply shaped by many teachers, guides, authors, colleagues, and collaborators along the way.
Some of them I have had the privilege to study with directly, others I have never met in person, yet their books, teachings, and work have influenced my understanding of the body, mind, and the art of living.
This page is a way of honoring this web of influence.
