My teaching style
Every class is a journey, and every journey begins exactly where you are.
We meet the body as it is today, with its strengths and limitations, its stories, sensations, and untapped possibilities.
Through functional movement, mindful awareness, and creative exploration, we deepen our relationship with ourselves, cultivating curiosity rather than judgment.
Each practice begins by noticing how we arrive and ends by noticing how we leave. Along the way, we gather insights that extend far beyond the mat: practical tools, embodied wisdom, and a greater capacity to navigate daily life with presence, resilience, and compassion.

Why practice
Regular practice becomes an anchor, a place to land amidst the busyness of everyday life. By returning to the mat each week, we cultivate consistency, resilience, and a deeper connection with our bodies, minds, and inner wisdom.
Practicing in a group adds another layer of nourishment. It creates a sense of community, belonging, and shared humanity, reminding us that healing and growth don't happen in isolation.
In a world that often disconnects us from ourselves and each other, coming together is a powerful act of reconnection. We remember that we belong to ourselves, to one another, and to something larger than ourselves.

Chair yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible way to stay active, relax, and enjoy moving together. Using a chair for support, we combine simple movements, gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation to improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall well-being.
Chair Yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people living with dementia, and anyone with limited mobility or physical challenges. Every exercise can be adapted to each person's abilities, allowing everyone to participate comfortably and experience the benefits.
I offer group classes at care facilities, community centres, and other locations, as well as private one-to-one sessions in the comfort of your own home.
