My teaching style
Every class is a journey and every journey begins exactly where you are.
We meet the body as it is today with its strengths, limitations, stories, sensations, and possibilities.
Through functional movement, mindful awareness, and creative exploration, we cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves. The practice begins with noticing how we enter and ends with noticing how we leave. What we discover along the way becomes nourishment for life beyond the mat: simple tools, embodied wisdom, and a greater capacity to meet ourselves and the world with presence and care.

Why practice
Regular classes offer an anchor in daily life, a solid place to come back to. They help us build consistency, discipline and a deeper connection with ourself and our body over time.
Practicing together also creates a sense of community , belonging and meets a deeply human need for connection.
In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves and each other, coming together in practice reminds us that we are not alone

Chair yoga
Chair Yoga is a friendly and accessible way to stay active, relax, and enjoy moving together. Using a chair for support, we do simple movements, gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation.
Especially suitable for older adults, people living with dementia, and anyone with limited mobility or physical challenges. The exercises can be adapted to each person's abilities, so everyone can join in and experience the benefits.
I offer groep classes on location and private sessions at home.
